THE IFB CBD NOTICE WILL HAVE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR REQUESTING THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. Potential bidders should monitor these sites for release of the solicitation documents. -- IN ORDER TO ASCERTAIN THE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT, QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESSES, HUBZONE, SMALL DISADVANTAGED, 8(a), AND WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT A "CAPABILITY STATEMENT" TO THIS OFFICE. Information to be provided must include, but is not limited to, name and address of firm; size of business; average annual revenue for the past 3 years; number of employees, ownership and whether they are small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information such as parent; company or teaming partners; potential services to be subcontracted, if any; and list of customers (government and non-government) covering the past 5 years (highlighting relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement, and point of contact/addresses/and phone numbers). Detailing all relevant technical qualifications, interested firms should also include in their capability statement demonstrative information relative to past performance and experience in managing a workforce and performing work similar to the requirements of this procurement. Capability statements should be no longer than 10 pages in length and should be received by this office no later than October 12. If sufficient interest is NOT received by October 12, the Government reserves the right to determine the appropriate method and this solicitation will be issued UNRESTRICTED. -- The SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) is 1521; size standard is $17.0 million. The FSC Code is Z161. -- The work includes removal of the existing kitchen cabinets, linoleum flooring, rangehood fans, and garbage disposal. Remove existing toilet fixtures, mirrors, exhaust fans, gypsum wall boards from all four walls, ceiling and floor tiles. Install new kitchen cabinets, range hood fans, linoleum floors, garbage disposals, kitchen sinks. Install in bathrooms new toilet fixtures, gypsum wall (painted), ceramic tile in bath tub area only, new mirror, new toilet paper holder, soap dispenser, tooth brush holders and exhaust fans. Install new exhaust fans and exhaust ducts in only 10 basement bathrooms. Install new electric switch for new exhaust fans, new electric light fixtures in all bathrooms. Furnish all materials and labor work for kitchens and bathrooms and any incidental related work. -- Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -- This is a firm fixed priced contract. -- An IFB CBD notice will be issued on or about October 13 furnishing all appropriate solicitation information.
