This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within forty-five (45) days after date of publication of this notice will be forwarded to the Maryland Port Administration to make them aware that other interested parties exist. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement for competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Services are required until 30 September 2000. This project is subject to the Availability of Fiscal Year2000 Funds.
