The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source delivery order to Booz-Allen, & Hamilton Inc (BAH) for software engineering and technical support of the POLAR portion of the Navy Extremely High Frequency (EHF) Satellite Program (NESP). The support includes design/evaluation of software algorithms, cryptographic design and evaluation, special operational requirements support, and problem-solving in the POLAR region. BAH will define the performance and operational parameters for a POLAR SATCOM capability.
