(i) This is a Sources Sought for Commercial services. (ii) GENERAL INFORMATION: There is a requirement for the Counterdrug Technology Development Program Office to procure D+ service in the AOR -- East and AOR-West coverage areas. It is somewhat difficult to provide a solid usage profile due to the maturity of D+ service and the D+ markets. The government intends to integrate the display and command and control protocol and features of the D+ terminal into this package. The contractor shall support the incorporation of their protocols into the government selected Geographical Information System. The contractor shall provide the necessary technical interface documentation required to develop an interface to the Land Earth Station (LES) or data hub. (iii) Current catalogs, pamphlets or a certified statement to the effect that you can provide these services commercially will be accepted.
