DESC: (i) This is a Sources Sought for Commercial services. (ii) GENERAL INFORMATION: There is a requirement for the Counterdrug Technology Development Program Office to procure D+ service primarily in the AOR -- East and AOR-West coverage areas. Some of the units to be commissioned by the Government will remain within one Inmarsat region while others will roam between regions. In addition to the D+ services, the government will require technical support for the integration of command and control protocols and features of the service provider's hub into the display package currently used by the Government. This will require the service provider to provide the necessary technical interface documentation required and telephone technical assistance to develop an interface to the data hub. (iii) Current catalogs, pamphlets or a certified statement to the effect that you can provide these services commercially will be accepted.
