Contractor to perform operate, maintain and repair Pools and Spas continuously while protecting public health and welfare. Services must consist of continuos monitoring and adjusting the water quality, routine maintenance of all equipment (including heater), scheduling and accomplishment of preventative and seasonal maintenance, repair services and maintenance of documentation for the Pools and Spas. Services shall be accomplished by certified Pool/Spa operator's and must be in compliance with the Air Force Safety and Health (AFOSH) STD 48-14 and the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) the contractor is responsible for operation, maintenance and repair of the automatic chemical feed equipment including chemical feed and water circulation/filtration equipment.
