The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Aircraft Corrosion Prevention Cleaning and Lavatory Services at March Air Reserve Base, California. The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price requirements type contract for the period from award date through 30 Sep 00 with four 1-year option periods. Specific services will include C-141 aircraft wash, C-141 aircraft ISO wash, KC-135 aircraft wash, Air National Guard KC-135 aircraft wash, C-141 galley and lavatory service, C-141 ATGL (comfort pallet) cleaning and lavatory service, C-141 porta-lav service, KC-135 aircraft galley and lavatory service, C-141 interior cleaning, KC-135 aircraft interior cleaning, C-141 complete under floor cleaning, and C-141 and KC-135 spot wash. Contractor shall perform tasks within the time allotted for each specific service. This requirement will be procured under commercial practices utilizing Past Performance Price Tradeoffas the basis of award.
