The purpose of this amendment is to modify the synopsis posted on September 28, 1999, as follows: The solicitation will be issued no later than Tuesday, October 5, 1999. At this time, the mandatory site visit is still scheduled for October 7, 1999, meeting in the conference room, Bldg. 221, Room 106. Those attending should send in the names and citizenship information no later than October 6, 1999, to ensure a badge is issued (if you sent the information in response to the original synopsis, it is not necessary to repeat).
