Q -- SURGEON SERVICES SOL 538-6-00 DUE 111999 POC Joyce Andrews, 740-772-7013 On-call surgical services provided by a Board Certified surgeon for (a) weekday evening coverage every third week from 4:30pm to 8am and (b) weekend coverage three weekends per month from 8am Saturday to 8am Monday, commencing 1-3-2000 (or date of award, whichever is later). Services would include any minor surgical procedures and/or consultations that are required and can be performed in an ambulatory setting at the VA Medical Center. Contractor will conduct routine surgical rounds at the VAMC three weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday) to review and evaluate surgical patients and respond to all requests for other surgical services as needed. Additional services, such as during the VA surgeon's emergency absences and/or scheduled leave, may be required. All work must be performed at the VAMC, Chillicothe, Ohio. Services are to be provided for a Base Year with two additional year performance periods at the option of the Government. Solicitation will be available on/about 10-19-99.
