PCDOCS LICENSE RENEWAL This is notification of an anticipated sole-source procurement for the EPA in Washington, D.C. The EPA intends to award a sole source contract to PCDocs Fulcrum, Inc. to renew its licenses for PCDocs software. This award is in accordance with FAR 6.302 because of the proprietary nature of PCDocs software and will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by October 19, 1999 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proposals are due by 1:00 PM (Washington, D.C. time) on October 19, 1999.
