Among the duties required will be to empty all wastebaskets and replace the basket liner, dust office furniture, clean toilet bowls, urinals and washbasins, polish all chrome and mirrors, sweep, vacuum, and clean as per specifications. The work schedule will be as follows: Monday, Wednesday & Friday clean Pleasant Grove Ranger District Office in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (April through September) and Monday and Thursday (October through March) clean Spanish Fork Ranger District Office in Spanish Fork, Utah. Pleasant Grove and Spanish Fork are approximately 21 miles/35 minutes apart. The estimated square footage of each office is 1,500. The solicitation will be for one year with four option years.
