The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment intends to procure two hundred (200) Stop Block Forgings IAW Dwg. 6929672 Rev "B" for the MK 75/76 MM Light Weight Gun Mount. The forgings are closed die in accordance with MIL-F-7190 Grade A. Material is (SAE) AMS 6520C or (SAE) AMS 6512C solution heat treated (annealed) to Rockwell C 34 MAX. Size is approximately 193 mm X 70 mm X 40 mm high. Two (2) First Article units will be required within one hundred and fifty (150) days after contract award. Delivery of the production units will be required within two hundred and fifty (250) days after contract award. Delivery is FOB Destination to NSWC, Louisville, KY.
