Care System, 10 North Greene Street, Baltimore, MD, plans to procure a
MetaMorph Imaging Acquisition and Analysis Workstation for
fluorescence and ion ratioing image acquisition and processing from
Universal Imaging Corporation, 502 Brandywine Parkway, West Chester, PA
19380-4292. The system shall provide an integrated hardware/software
system environment. In addition, the system must include must include
delivery, installation, training, technical support, and a one-year
warranty. Universal Imaging Corporation is the only source known by the
Veterans Administration that can meet the requirements of the VA
Research Department. If any interested parties believe they can meet
the requirements, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The
statement of capabilities and any other information furnished must be
in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the
VA to determine if the party can fulfill the requirements. Capability
statements must be received in the Contracting Office by 4:00 p.m. on

to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this
