Work activities are to be accomplished utilizing a cut-to-length harvester and log forwarder operating over the snow. The contractor will furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to complete the work required. Solicitation issue date 11/02/99. Estimated start work date 12/06/99, contract time 730 days.
