The contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials supervision and other items necessary to repair appliances at 2666 residences located at Hickam Air Force Base, 4 units located at Bellows AFS, and off base residences utilizing Air Force furnished appliances on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. In cooperation with the military family housing contractor, the contractor shall be responsible for all appliance repairs outlined in this Statement of Agency Need (SOAN) utilizing standard commercial practices. DESC: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F64605-99-QP033. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. (iv) This solicitation is reserved for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Classification code 7699. The maximum annual receipts allowed for a concern, including its affiliates, to be considered small is $5 million. (v) Offerors shall provide prices on the schedule provided. Prices shall include all parts, labor, equipment, and materials to perform this service. See number xv. (vi) This solicitation is issued for appliance repair as required in various Air Force Military Family Housing Units in accordance with the Statement of Agency Need (SOAN) on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
