The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) proposes to enter into a sole source procurement with Odetics, ITS, 45472 Holiday Drive, Suite 8, Sterling, VA 20166-9457. The objective of the proposed requirement is to obtain technical support services for the Office of Travel Management to help conduct Demonstration Project (DP 105) entitled, _Advanced Transportation Management Technologies_. DP 105 is an expandable tractor-trailer unit which incorporates a mobile classroom to showcase hardware and software via displays and demonstrations. The contractor shall provide two technical presenters, a systems administrator and truck driver to conduct up to 30 presentations for State DOT_s, MPO_s, local agencies and professional organizations throughout the nation. Presentations include executive summaries, workshops and structured walk throughs. The types, content and duration of the presentations will vary from site to site based on customers needs.
