Army Atlanta Contracting Center is in the process of issuing a Request for Proposal for environmental technical support services to include research services and studies in support of the U.S. Army Environmental Policy Institute. Services are to include conservation technology, compliance technology, environmental restoration technology assessment, environmental pollution prevention, monitoring and analysis. Tasks to be included in the project: literature review; stakeholder analysis; roundtable development; policy review; policy development; policy analysis, guidance development; develop milestones; submit outlines; various reports, plans and reviews; prepare conference or workshop programs. All interested offerors shall be familiar with the organization, procedures and staffing of the Department of Defense and Army Secretariates. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price, with a base period of 12 months and four one-year options. The Govenrmentintends to award a contract to the responsible contractor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. Work will be defined by Task Orders. Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 8744. Anticipated evaluation factors will be past performance and price.
