Cannot be used as barge without repairs. Useful for Dock or Dry-dock storage space. Modified in 1982 Turnshed for classrooms. The YOS-28 Corrosion pitting, i.e., hole indentations around water line that are repairable. Designed to hold fuel. Some thin metal at bottom but not major. Pumping system on board. Operational. Formerly used to supply fuel in harbor to supply ships. Pipeline failure in Seattle makes this valuable.
