Correction: This action published in the CBD on 15 September 1999 is amended as follows: This procurement is for the solicitation of a Two-Phase Design-Build firm fixed price contract for the construction of one BEQ, Project P508, partial design and construction of a second BEQ, Project P504. This will also include demolition, asbestos abatement, construction of a ball field with restroom building, ball field lighting and fencing and changing aboveground steam lines to underground steam lines and all incidental related work. Requirements for the technical Source Selection criteria factors are as follows: PHASE ONE -- (1) Corporate Experience, sub-factors (1A) Relevant experience and (1B) Key Personnel for the Construction Team and Design Team; (2) Past Performance, sub-factors (2A) Team's Past Performance and (2B) Experience Modification Rating for both the construction team and design team; and (3) Small Business Subcontracting Effort, sub-factors (3A) Past performance and (3B) Subcontracting Plan Effort. PHASE TWO -- (1) Price. A maximum of five offerors selected during PAHSE ONE will advance to PHASE TWO. Offerors will be evaluated on both technical and price. Technical and price will be equal in significance. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to award; to negotiate with any or all proposers; to award the contract to other than the lowest total price; and to award to the proposer submitting the proposal determined by the Government to be the most advantageous to the Government. PROPOSERS ARE ADVISED AN AWARD MAY BE MADE IN PHASE TWO WITHOUT DISCUSSION OR ANY CONTACT CONCERNING THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED.
