Three deliveries to Mechanicsburg and three deliveries to Tracy, Ca. Depot. and possibly direct delivery to customers.(DVD).This item is sole-source to Mine Safety Appliance under part number 460735. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All responsible sources, including Mine Safety Appliance and its authorized distributors, may submit ofers which DSCP will consider. This acquisition is for a MSA part number which has been assigned a permanent National Stock Number (NSN). This is a commercial item. Based upon this, the Government will use the policies contained in FAR Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" in its solicitation for the described supplies.
