Deliveries will be to the Permanent High Explosive Test Site (PHETS), Batch Plant, Stallion Range Area, White Sands Missile Range, NM. The Contractor shall be responsible for not only supplying the plasticizer but also for installing and maintaining a bulk storage and metering system. The minimum storage capacity shall exceed the minimum single order quantity by 250 gallons. The metering and delivery system shall be 100% compatible with our existing Command Data Eagle MP batch plant control system. The plasticizer admixture shall conform to ASTM C 494-92, Standard Specification for Chemical Admixtures for Concrete, for Type A, Water Reducing, Type F, Water Reducing, High Range, and Type G, Water Reducing, High Range, and Retarding. The Contractor shall provide certification that the admixture complies with the ASTM standards prior to award. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be awarded with a Period of Performance of 12 months from date of contract award. Award is subject to availability of funds. This requirement is being conducted as a Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Code is 2869 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. Business size must be included in your request for solicitation.
