Following is additional information that is being provided in response to questions submitted by vendors: 1. This request does include installation. 2. Mutual Telecommunications Services Inc currently maintains the system. 3. Northern Telecom is the manufacturer of the Voice Mail System (VMS). 4. The VMS is connected to an MSL-100 PBX Switch. 5. This is a new VMS. 6. This is an upgrade to a current system. 7. Current release is 10, with 12 ports, and 24 storage hours. 8. Cables for cards are not required.
