Naval Air Systems Command intends to award multiple orders under Basic
Ordering Agreement, Number N00019-99-G-1101, with Raytheon Company dba
Raytheon Systems Company, PO Box 11337, Tucson, Arizona, for the
procurement of necessary post-production support for all Sparrow
AIM/RIM 7F/M/P Guidance and Control Sections and associated Support and
Test Equipment (STE) for the United States Navy, Air Force, and Foreign
Military Sales. This includes, but is not limited to; material,
analysis, Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS), training
and training equipment, Engineering Investigations, configuration
management by development of common and unique Engineering Change
Proposals, production of change kits with installation services,
maintenance and repair of Sparrow AIM/RIM 7F/M/P Guidance and Control
Sections and associated STE, and publication changes and updates. RSC
is currently the only company that possesses the detailed technical
knowledge, data, and experienced personnel to perform the required
effort. The period of performance for this effort will be a base year
