The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a 100% Small Business Set Aside basis, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Services and Patient Transport services for the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), Virginia. Services shall include provision of all necessary supervisory, professional, technical, and administrative personnel and provision of all facilities, ambulances, equipment and supplies. The contractor shall provide response to requests for emergency transport services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including holidays. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial items acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 test program procedures. A Firm Fixed Price purchase order is anticipated with a base period of performance of one (1) year commencing 01 Jan 2000 or 30 days after award (whichever is later)with four (4), one-year option provisions.
