The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate with Xerox Corporation to provide continued maintenance and support for government-owned Model 9790 Xerox printers. The printers are located in six Program Service Centers located throughout the country. There are 2 printers in each of the facilities located at: New York, Philadelphia, Birmingham, Kansas City, Chicago, and Richmond, California. Maintenance is required for a 2-month period from 11/1/99 through 12/31/99. The conditions under which this award will be made will be on a time and materials basis. Parties that believe they can provide these services must respond to this notice within 15 calendar days from the date of this publication and submit information showing the availability of parts and labor at the locations specified above.
