The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure on a sole source basis, with The Park Hotel, 2200 Rexford Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28211, 372 rooms to accommodate approximately 62 guest. Rooms shall be tax exempt; and Check-In on October 30, 1999, and Check-Out on November 4, 1999. Hotel must also provide a conference room which will accommodate approximately 75 people comfortably on Nov. 3, 1999, and Nov. 4, 1999; be located within 7 miles of the IACP Conference (Convention Center/122 E. Stonewall Street/Charlotte, NC); accomodations to facilitate smaller meetings and breakout groups; and the availability of a room with at least four dedicated outside telephone lines, which could serve as a 24-hour command post. The facility must meet state and local fire and safety codes and provide ground transportation to and from the Charlotte-Douglas International airport. Basis of award will be on ability to meet requirements stated, acceptance of payment via EFT and price. Awaree must complete an ACH Vendor Enrollment form.
