These services include problem troubleshooting, onsite testing, dockside testing, post installation inspections, post underway tear-downs and inspections, modifications and repairs. It is estimated that 9,375 hours of effort will be required over a three year effort, structured around a base year with two option years. The resulting contract will be a Time and Materials type contract. The government intends to solicit Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro-Optical Division, Northampton, MA on a sole source basis for these services.
