The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to provide maintenance and repair of the Exide UPS System at the VA Benefits Delivery Center (BDC) in Hines IL for the period 11/1/99 through 9/30/2000, plus four, one-year options to renew. Work includes one major preventive maintenance inspection (PMI); two minor PMI's; 24x7 coverage for as-needed repairs with three-hour, on-site response time; and also includes necessary repair and replacement parts. Covered equipment includes two Exide Model 2600 ES, DU #128095 systems and the associated Scantech panels / Powervision Diagnostics System.
