the Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting the services of a
registered pharmacist. The Pharmacist will provide non-personal,
comprehensive pharmacy services at the Federal Prison Camp, Pensacola,
Florida. The pharmacist shall be responsible for all phases of
pharmacy services in conjunction with the Institution's Health Service
practitioners amd administrators, to include inventory management
utilizing the Prime Vendor, storage, distribution, production selection
(including assuring utilization of only approved Bureau of prisons
Formulary items), Pharmacy secureity and maintenance of compliance with
all alplicable Federal Laws, Bureau of Prisons's Policies, Local
Policies and accrediting healthcare organizations including current
Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Agencies (JCAHO)
Standards and American Correctional Association (ACA) Standards. The
service is provided for the inmates population incarcerated at the
Federal Prison Camp, Pensacola, Florida 32509. The performance period
will include a base year and three (3)one year option renewal periods.
Additionally, the Contractor will be required to work a thirty(30)hour
work week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. Solicitation packages
may be obtained by written request,only, to the Contracting Officer.
The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible sources may
