Moore 305 324-3281 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1201 N.W. l6th Street, Miami, Florida, intends to award a contract for off-site storage of all radiology films older than one (1) year, to include pick-up, storage, unlimited retrieval, refiling, tracking, and delivery of active and inactive Radiology Records. The types of records involved are radiology films/master jackets, paper records in boxes and film storage supplies. The geographical area for offers shall be within a fifty-mile radius of the VA Medical Center. The term of the contract shall be from date of award through September 30, 2000, with a Government Option to extend the term of the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 7389 and less than $5 million in annual receipts.
