Multiple Award IQ Contract for Office Relocation and Storage Service for a three year base period and 2 one-year option periods possible. This is a negotiated procurement and will require submission of technical proposals in accordance with the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract. Proposals will be evaluated on a go/no-go basis according the evaluations factors contained in the solicitation. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be for use on a nonmandatory basis. This procurement will be a total set-aside for small business. Consideration will be limited to firms having an active production office within a 100 mile radius of the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
