The work includes: (1) Remove existing precast concrete was water trough, eight (8) per filter tank cell, 48 total. (2) Remove existing access ladder, platform grating and cover plate one each per filter cell, six total. (3) Remove existing manhole access cover in gullet, one (1) each per filter cell, six total. (4) Prepare and resurface existing deteriorated filter tank cell concrete wall surfaces with epoxy coating. (5) Remove and replace approx. 550 linear feet of existing 4" diameter header piping. (6) Remove and replace existing rotating agitator assembly, four each. (7) Remove and replace approx. 200 linear feet of existing 6" diameter wash piping, control gatae valves, valve extension rod and floor stand assembly six total.
