Drydocking and miscellaneous repairs. To qualify for an award under
this solicitation, the offeror must exececute a current Agreement for
Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to
allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The contractor's
inspection will tentatively take place at Norfolk Naval Shipyard,
Portsmouth, Virginia on November 4, 1999. The tentative availability
dates are January 3, 2000, through February 18, 2000 with work to take
place at the contractor's plant. The place of performance is
