The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to establish a qualified products list applicable to radiosonde/signal processing systems operating in the frequency band between 1668.4 MHz and 1700 MHz and using the Global Positioning System (GPS) for radiosonde position and wind determination. NOAA desires comments on its draft statement of work and its draft specification for this project.
