The selected Property Management Firm(s) will include, but not be limited to the following: tenant screening, apartment leasing, lese execution, rent collections, lease enforcement, full maintenance responsibilities, maintain full responsibilities of staff, unit turnaround, annual income reviews, capital repairs by owner,financial management responsibilities, purchasing of supplies and services, provide full security for the SLHA's residents and property. The management firm(s) must comply with all HUD rules and regulations.
