S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR SECURITY SERVICES. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract for security services for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). NMFS requires security services for a seized vessel at Adak, Alaska. The NMFS seized subject vessel and requires security services until it can be sold at auction. Security service currently being provided by incumbent contractor, NOAA intends to issue a new contract to incumbent contractor. Due to remote location, it's not possible for any other contractor to compete for this requirement. Public solicitation will not be issued.
