U -- INTERVIEW AND INTERROGATION TRAINING SOL 00Q0005 POC April Delancy (202)406-6940 The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with John E. Reid and Associates for the purchase of a series of six two-day training classes, exercises and materials for interviewing and interrogation. Reid and Associates have developed the basic interviewing and interrogation training incorporated in the mandatory training course given at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) at Glynco, GA. They have the necessary background and experience to provide the USSS mission-specific continuation of this training that is required for USSS agents. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22.
