requirement for a U.S. or foreign flag RO/RO or breakbulk vessel(s)
capable of transporting 95,000 sq. ft. (+/- 10% chop) of cargo,
approximately 750 pieces and 240 each 20 ft. containers. Packing list
available upon request. Terms are free in/free out. Loading
Port/Discharge Port: Bremerhaven, Germany/Thessaloniki, Greece.
Optional voyage: Thessaloniki, Greece/Bremerhaven, Germany. Laytime:
SSHEX; 95-199 sq. ft. vessel, 2 days; 200-300K sq. ft. vessel, 3 days.
Laydays commencing 28 November 1999 and cancelling 29 November 1999.
Master solicitation, SF1449 and MSC DRYVOY REV. 1 (6/99), may be
downloaded from MSC's website under Contracts/Library of Common
Documents. Offerors shall use the guidelines set forth in Part X of
DRYVOY REV. 1 for submission of offers; however, at a minimum, offers
must contain (1) lumpsum price and demurrage rate; (2) speed of
advance, laden and detailed itinerary; (3) set of completed boxes from
DRYVOY REV. 1, pages I-1 through I-4; and (4) completed Parts XII,
XIII of DRYVOY REV. 1. For evaluation purposes, demurrage will be added
to the evaluated price as follows: 95-199k sq. ft. vessel: 1 day;
