Military Sealift Command has a requirement for a U.S. or foreign flag RO/RO or breakbulk vessel(s) capable of transporting approximately 169,221 sq. ft. of cargo (+/- 10% chop) (34,207 measurement tons and 7800.2 short tons [+/- 10% chop]) to include 92,468 sq. ft. rolling stock and 76,753 sq. ft. of general military cargo including 268 20-ft. containers.
