The Contractor shall provide a suitable Mobile/Modular Magnetic Resonance Imaging Unit (MRI) Services to perform the following examinations: a. Head (to include brain, posterior fossa, TMJ, pituitary, acoustic nerve) b. Cervical Spine (including spinal cord) c. Thoracic Spine (including spinal cord) d. Lumbar Spine (including spinal cord) e. Spine (body coils) f. Extremities (single coil) g. Abdomen (single coil) h. Pelvis. A current state-of-the-art technology scanner to be provided with a magnet minimum of .3 T Tesla to 1.0 T Tesla strength, self-shielded magnet. The scanner shall be capable of performing 3mm thick scan images. The unit will be in compliance with all Federal Safety Regulations and Y2K compliant.
