This will be a Source Selection Request For Proposal for the Construction of the KC-135 Flight Training Simulator Facility located at the 126th ARW, Scott AFB, Illinois. The facility will be used for training of aircrews. The facility consists of office spaces, mechanical rooms, electrical, landscaping, and parking. The approximate square footage of the facility is 9,300. Award of the contract will be to the offeror who represents the best overall expected value. In determining which offeror represents the best overall expected value, the Government will consider the following criteria which are equal in importance to each other in the overall evaluation: (1) Technical/Management Factors; (2) Past Performance and; (3)Cost/Price. The estimated magnitude of the project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Anticipated issue date of the Request For Proposal is November 15, 1999.
