The work includes removal and disposal of PCB, asbestos and lead materials, and contaminated soils, demolition and removal, renovations to Building 215, provisions for a pedestrian bridge window replacement, interior finishes, fire protection, elevator repair mechanical, electrical and special electrical systems and incidental related work. The work will be accomplished under a phased construction schedule. Building 215 will be partially occupied during the construction and provisions for temporary facilities including temporary utilities will be required.
