The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for thermoplastic/thermosetting graveliners, delivered F.O.B. Destination within Consignee's Premises to VA national cemeteries located throughout the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, for use in the interment of casketed remains. Contract covers base period December 1, 1999 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through November 30, 2000, with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through November 30, 2004. All responsible business sources may submit a bid. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to "U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs."
