The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 50802-0012-0 for the provision of providing approximately 7,600 man-hours per year of unarmed guard services for male prisoners held in the custody of the Federal Correctional Institution in Forrest City, Arkansas requiring confinement in a local hospital. The local hospital may be located at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Forrest City, AR, Baptist Memorial (Central and East) Hospital in Memphis, TN, or any other local hospital as may be disignated. Quoters must have a valid license in the states of Arkansas and Tennessee. Copies of these license must be submitted with the quotation. The contract period shall consist of a 9-month base year and four 12-month option years for renewal.
