Investigation intends to modify current contract A9C901785 with Thomas
Technology, Inc 808 Donnell BLVD. Suite 2, Daleville, Alabama 36322
for Occupational Safety and Health Administration training to add the
following requirements for the base year and four options: 1). an
increase in the number of students from 70 to 80 and 2). an increase to
the total number of sessions per year, from one (1) to four (4)
sessions . The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for
which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one
source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability
to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of
intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by
the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon
responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for
the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
