The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, International Services, requires aerial spray services to support the Medfly Program in Mexico. The primary base of operations will be the Tapachula International Airport in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico. The initial requirement will be for two 212 Bell Jet Ranger helicopters, or their equivalent, and pilots, to spray formulated Malathion over a wide-ranging area of the State of Chiapas. The Contractor will be required to obtain all necessary permits for both equipment and personnel to perform the services.
