W -- LEASE/RENTAL OF MOBILE MRI (WITH STAFF) DUE 102999 POC Craig Earles (317) 554-0240 The Richard L. Roudebush is seeking capable sources to furnish a fully-equipped, fully-staffed mobile MRI unit to be located on Medical Center grounds for 3-5 days per week for a period not to exceed six (6) months. MRI Technologists staffing the unit shall have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiography with a Bachelor's Degree in Science-Medical Imaging (MRI) preferred. Six (6) months experience is required. The MRI unit shall have the following: A. Coils -- head, body, spine (phased array or equivalent), extremity (phased array or quadrature), shoulder (phased array or quadrature), small flexible or equivalent (for elbow/wrist/small part imaging). B. Pulse Sequences -- spin echo, fast spin echo or equivalent (turbo), IR/STIR/FLAIR and fast equivalents, MTC T1, 2D and 3D TOF gradient echo angio with and without MTC, chemical saturation -- fat and water saturation, spatial saturation, 512 imaging capability, breath hold imaging. C. Connectivity -- DICOM SCP (capability to send images to Agfa IMPAX via DICOM), ethernet out (TCP/IP communications). D. Filming -- Laser on truck or capability to interface with existing on-site Agfa printer. E. Generator -- Capability to run off self-contained electrical generator. F. Software Version -- System to be equipped with current software version.
