The location of the project is Cain Creek Dam, located south of Huron, South Dakota, Huron Wetland Management District. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitaiton is open to both small and large businesses. The contract period of performance will be 120 calendar days from the contractor's receipt of the notice to proceed. A winter shutdown clause will be included in the period of performance, with expectation date to start construction after May 1, 2000.
