Background "The objective of this sources sought synopsis is to seek interested sources able to meet the fabrication, assembly, and test requirements associated with the production of the Air Data Processor (ADP) retrofit kits. The production effort includes fabrication, assembly, and test of retrofit kits (consisting of a group A and two ADP boxes). This requirement is the follow on production effort to the development and integration effort under contract F33657-98-C-0020. Offers will be considered from any firm providing clear and convincing evidence of its capability to do the following: (a) demonstrate engineering and production knowledge of ADP, (b) fabricate up to 450 ADP boxes and associated group A kits over a period of six years, (c) perform acceptance testing of the units, (d) conduct systems engineering and project management for ADP production effort, (e) provide all required engineering and production data, as no engineering reprocurement data will be available before intended contract award. Sources responding should provide information concerning key management and program personnel including a resume of their previous experience and evidence of capability to perform successfully. This statement will have a twenty (20) page maximum limit, double-spaced, point size 12. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement action is 3728.
