The intent of this solicitation is to request prices for a suppliers Sweeper/Cleaner/Loader line. The anticipated contract type is to be a Commercial Requirements Type Contract for which the Government anticipates having future requirements. Multiple Award Contracts will be placed with contractors for their individual product lines. Product lines are to include, but are not limited to the following: Warehouse Sweepers, Sweeper Jrs., Scrubbers, Street Sweepers, Sewer Cleaners, Vacuum Loaders, Airfield Sweepers. The supplier (seller) shall sell to the buyer the items set forth in the suppliers catalog. Such items may be referred to as "Products or end products" hereafter. Supplier may sell to the buyer any items and services incidental to the end product and any add-on items as needed to customize a piece of equipment to conform to the customer's requirement and meet their needs. Services may include but not limited to installation, training and extended warranties. The term of the resulting contracts will be a five year base with three (3) 20 month options.
